Gambit is a polished aromatic spicy fragrance with a clean green opening and a warm woody base. The lavender, petitgrain, and spice make it feel refined instead of loud. The drydown gives you patchouli, sandalwood, and Ambrostar, so it has real structure and modern performance. This is not the safest sweet compliment fragrance, but it is very smooth and well put together. For me, Gambit lands at MY SCORE 8.4 / 10.

Performance is solid. The profile I am working from puts it around 8 hours of longevity with strong sillage, and that matches the type of structure I get from the scent. This is not a skin scent right away. It has presence, especially in the first few hours, but it does not feel like it is trying to choke out a room. I would wear this when I want to smell polished and noticeable, but not loud for the sake of being loud. WHO IS THIS FOR? Gambit is for somebody who likes aromatic fragrances, warm spice, lavender, patchouli, and woody amber bases. If you want something super sweet, playful, or mass-appealing in a basic way, this may not be the one. If you like fragrances that feel strategic, clean, warm, and refined, this is absolutely worth paying attention to. It leans mature, but not old. It leans polished, but not boring. And it works as a true unisex scent because neither side of it feels forced.
