Beau de Jour gives me mature clean confidence. The lavender and oakmoss make it classic, but the way it wears keeps it from feeling dusty. I like the herbal green middle, and I like that the drydown stays smooth and masculine. It is not a youthful sweet fragrance, and that is exactly the point. For me, this lands at 8.6 because it is very well done, mature, and wearable when I want that polished lane.
