Sillage longevity: I would expect a noticeable trail for about 3 to 4 hours before it settles closer. That is actually the sweet spot for date night. I do not need this to fill a building. I need it to be noticeable early and then sit closer when the night gets more personal. This is strong enough to feel worth wearing, but controlled enough that I would not be scared to wear it around someone sitting next to me. This is date night first for me. If somebody loves warm spicy, sweet woody amber fragrances and can find this at a good price, I understand the buy. At full retail, I would still say sample first. But as a date-night scent in the collection, this is one of the House of Sillage bottles that makes the most sense to actually wear.
